         This is your guide to Terry Labonte Chevrolet. From the time you arrive to the dealership, to the moment you drive away in your new car, this will serve as the step-by-step dealership guide.  When you pull up to the dealership, you will be greeted by our friendly guest services team. The first thing you see when you walk in the door is the welcome desk. If you have talked to a member of our Internet Sales Team ((888) 257 - 2815) before coming into the dealership, or you have had contact with a sales person, guest services will direct you to your contact. Just as well, if you have not had any pre-dealership contact, our incredible team from sales to guest services will take great care of you. Remember, you will have a lot of questions when searching for your new vehicle - can I afford it? Is it the right car for me? Should I purchase new, used, or think about leasing? Terry Labonte internet sales team can help get you going in the right direction prior to your arrival.

The first step the salesman will take with you will be pre-qualifying. If necessary the sales person will give you a credit app. Next, they will talk with you about what you are trying to accomplish with your visit. The sales person will put all of his or her effort into making your goal possible. Additionally, the sales person will help you find the car that fits your needs with accessories and features; then take you for a test drive. Following the test drive, it will be time for you to meet the sales manager to talk about your needs. LJ, a member of the sales team, says that he helps find the car while the sales manager is in charge of prices.
Once you agree to the numbers (how much the car costs, rebates, discounts, trad ins), it will be time to meet your person on the finance team, where you go over payments, discuss warranties, and all legal documents. To conclude your buying experience, your sales person will take you to your vehicle, activate On-star, go over exciting features and answer any last-minute questions about your vehicle.
