Terry Labonte Chevrolet, in association with Hendrick Automotive Group, Time Warner Cable, and the North Carolina Automotive Dealers Association, is donating this mobility-enhanced Chevy Silverado to a Triad-area veteran in need.

Thank you for your interest in our mobility truck giveaway. If you have a possible candidate we will just need a few items to get started and we will do the rest. Since this is a left hand access converted mobility assist vehicle, a wheelchair conversion and additional hand controls will be needed prior to delivery.

This is a new untitled Chevrolet Silverado LT 4 wheel drive with a General Motors approved handicap access that allows the driver’s side doors to slide out and drop to allow a wheel chaired diver to enter and then drive this vehicle. This vehicle has been approved by the NTHSA and has been safety certified and crash tested as required by federal law.

This is a program intended to benefit an area veteran so local applications will be acted on with priority.
