Many
people, places and things go through a change. Change is always meant to be for
the better. Terry Labonte Chevrolet is currently
going through a change. For next 3-4 months we will be going through a
renovation period to make the dealership better. Just like Chevrolet does with
their vehicles, they need to change to be better in the future. Our sales
showroom will be more of an open concept with more room for cars and tables in
the showroom. Parts and service will be upgraded as well with more room for
accessories to be displayed and items on hand.
Chevrolets most recent vehicle to go through a change is the Chevy Colorado. Launched for the 2004 model year as a replacement for the smaller, outdated S-10 pickup, the Chevy Colorado was built as just one generation through 2012. Until 2007, the Colorado was powered by a 2.8-liter inline-4 with 175 horsepower or a 3.5-liter inline-5 that made 220 hp. For 2007, those engines grew to 2.9 liters with 185 hp and 3.7 liters with 242 hp, respectively. A 5.3-liter V8 rated at 300 hp became optional in 2009.
In 2015 the 2.5L I-4 engine boasts an impressive 27
MPG highway and the 3.6L V6 engine delivers 305 hp and produces 269
lb.-ft. of torque. The Colorado comes with all the
latest available must-have entertainment and connectivity technology like
OnStar 4G LTE with Wi-Fi®2 hotspot capability. You can customize your driving experience by arranging the icons and features on
the available Chevrolet MyLink 8-inch diagonal color touch-screen.
With
change the 2015 Chevy Colorado was named MotorTrends Truck of the Year.
All in all Terry Labonte Chevrolet is making a change for the
better of the customer and the dealership.
